Real UIDs

Ewen Le Bihan requested to merge chosen-uids into main
  • Make all UIDs universal ids (i.e. unique across all tables)
  • Rename non-universally unique ids columns to slug, and don't use them in the URL (posts and events)
  • Allow users and groups to choose their own UIDs
